There are two ways to increase Special Skill level:
1. By performing Ascension for the Hero (100% chances of Special Skill Levelling up by one level).
2. By levelling up the Hero. This method is up to chance. In the selection of heroes to train with page, near the top of the screen there is Skill Level Up Chance information which starts at 0%. This number increases by 1% if you select a one star Hero, 2% if you select a two star Hero and so on. These number doubles if you select a Hero of the same colour to train with.
I.e When you wish to level up a Fire Element Hero and selected 10 different colour one star Heroes to train with, the Skill Level Up Chance increases to 10%. But if you choose 10 one star Fire Element Heroes, the Skill Level Up Chance increases to 20%.
Tip: When levelling up try to get the Skill Level Up Chance to exceed 30%.
