There are two ways to access your game account on a new device. You can either link your game account to a new device by short code, or log in to it using your Google or Facebook account.

I. Short Code

If your devices are in the same network, you can link your game account to other devices via a temporary short code. Please follow the steps below:

a. Make sure your two devices are on the same WIFI network

b. Go to ‘Settings’ and click ‘Link.’ on both of your devices

c. Click ‘Generate‘ on the old device, and then click ’Enter Code‘ on the new device

d. Press ‘Link’

Please note that you can only log in to your game account on only one device simultaneously.

II. Google & Facebook

If your devices are not on the same WIFI network, you can log in to your game account on the new device via Google or Facebook account.

1. Android to iOS / iOS to Android

If you are changing from Android to the iOS operating system or vice versa, you can log in to your game account via Facebook.

Instructions:

In terms of transferring game progress, the only bridge between Android and iOS devices is Facebook. That means you should connect your main game progress to a Facebook account. Additionally, please update the game to the newest version on both devices in case of unexpected issues.

a. Bind your game account with your Facebook on the old device.

b. Log in to the Facebook account on the new device.

c. Download the game on your new device. A new game process will start automatically.

d. Follow the game tutorial until the end.

e. Go to game settings on the new device and click “Switch Accounts”.

f. Choose 'Facebook' to switch back to your main game account.

2. Android to Android

If your two devices are both Android:

a. Log in to your Google Play account on your current device

b. Launch the game, click Menu – Options – Settings – Connect to Google Play

c. Log in to the Google Play account on your new device

d. Download the game on your device and launch it. Go to Menu - Options- Settings - Switch Accounts - Switch to Google

3. iOS to iOS

If your two devices are both iOS:

a. Log in to your Game Center account on your current device

b. Launch the game, click Menu – Options – Settings – Sign In

c. Log in to the Game Center account on your new device

d. Download the game on your device and launch it. Go to Menu - Options- Settings - Switch Accounts - Switch to Game Center
