- If you have bound your game account to Facebook, Google, or Game Center, you can recover your game account by logging into those third-platform accounts on your device, then going to game settings and clicking on switch accounts. [Please check the detailed procedure in FAQ – Account - “How to play on a new device.”]

- If you haven’t bound your game account to those third-platform accounts yet, or you are unable to access those accounts, please bind your current account to at least one third-platform account, and then contact our Customer Service at Support with the following information about your LOST account:

1. Game ID

2. The exact nickname (case sensitive)

3. The exact name of the alliance you are a member of (case sensitive)

4. The experience level of your role

5. Purchase receipts with the order number from Google Play, Apple, or karma store (obligatory)

6. Register time, last login time, and total payment

7. Ten heroes in your inventory
