sometimes, players may encounter can’t get the right rewards /loot after Map fight/defeat Titan/Quest Event, there are two reasons：
1. it's a display bug which causes the loot indication board doesn't show up at times. Actually, the loots will be directly added into your inventory bag, sometimes with a delay, maybe several hours according to the situation.
2. In very rare cases, the amount of Titan's HP you destroyed does not match the amount of HP displayed during the battle settlement. This is because the server incorrectly estimated your hero's combat effectiveness. At this time, you need to find customer service and describe your heroes' lineup or provide screenshots.
