When reporting a bug to Customer Support or Official Discord, try to be as specific as possible in describing the issue. Details such as: screenshots, time (with timezone) when the issue occurred, what you were doing in the game and, the type of network used can all be helpful understanding the issue.

If the issue persists, or you have not found a solution from the FAQ, you can contact Customer Support. When submitting your request, be as detailed as possible when describing the issues, screenshots and the device you are playing on.
